My name is Richard (Ric) Ward. I have been hiring people, managing people, recruiting people and coaching people for more than 40 years. As a job coach and a headhunter recruiting in the information technology vertical I have helped candidates to write resumes, find jobs and be successful in job interviews for many years. And, of course, as a recruiter I have been assisting clients to find the skilled and qualified people that they need to fill their job openings and grow their businesses.

We’ll also be looking at how we can achieve balance in our lives as we grow and nurture our careers.
